This Policy describes what data is processed when using the skladex.kz website and the Skladex mobile app (data-collection terminal), for what purpose, and how it is stored and protected. The data controller is Logistic Integration Service Solution LLP.
On the website. From the contact form we may receive your name, phone number, company and a description of your request. We may also collect technical data: IP address, device type and browser information.
In the Skladex mobile app. The app is intended for warehouse staff and works together with a Skladex account. It processes operator credentials (login and user identifier), a device identifier, and technical/diagnostic data — described in detail in sections 5–7 below.
Website data is used for feedback, preparing a commercial offer, improving the service and ensuring security. App data is used to perform warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, transfer, inventory), to authenticate the employee and to protect access.
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Access to data is limited to authorized employees and contractors within the scope of providing services. All data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and stored in a secure infrastructure for the necessary period.
You may request clarification, update or deletion of your personal data. Operator accounts are created and deleted by the warehouse administrator in the Skladex admin panel. For any data-related questions, contact us at info@skladex.kz.
The Skladex mobile app (data-collection terminal) processes: operator credentials (login and user identifier) — to sign in to the company workspace; a device identifier — to link the device to the company and protect access (one device = one company); technical and diagnostic data (operation logs and error information) — for correct operation of the service. Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS) and is not sold to third parties.
The app requests camera access solely to scan barcodes and QR codes of products and storage cells during warehouse operations. The camera is not used for photo or video capture; images are not stored or transmitted.
The app does not collect location data, contacts, photos or payment data. Requests to clarify, update or delete data can be sent to info@skladex.kz.
